“Fantastic hotel, and exceptional location. Swimming pool outside was great, spa even better. Hotel is super dog friendly and that s a big plus. Only minus is that nobody seems to speak English, making sometimes the request we had even at restaurant very challenging ”

“We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year”

“El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto. Y lo último es comentar que el desayuno lo pagamos aparte y tiene que ser en efectivo, sería interesante tener la...
